XK empty columns are designed for liquid chromatography at low to medium pressure. They are user friendly, robust, and give reproducible packing, and they feature fittings for direct connection to ÄKTA™ design instruments or other HPLC systems. XK columns are supplied with a movable adapter.
- Plunger design ensures a homogeneous buffer distribution and reproducible packing
- QuickLock mechanism of the adapter shaft facilitates easy column handling and cleaning
- Adapter top-end cap fits directly into the column end piece
