PA5-33180 is suitable for use as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of mouse monoclonals of isotype IgG1 in human tissues in a dual labelling technique using FITC and R-Phycoerythrin fluorochromes. This antibody contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated Mouse IgG1 RPE-conjugated Mouse IgG1. Reconstitute with 0.5 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL.
